Doing my Gallagher research as I am obsessed with Noel, Liam, and Oasis. A few hilarious moments during the commentary but you could feel the tension between the brothers. Liam noticeably quiet, Noel particularly acerbic. An interesting quality about Noel is that he is simultaneously immensely curious and stubborn. He often rejects things out of hand but then once he delves into the subject (if he allows himself to) he comes to a different, potentially opposite conclusion or opinion. There was a myriad of beautiful profile shots of both Noel and Liam in the footage. I’m enraptured by Noel – a study in precision, harshness, but woven through with a poetic ability and sensibility – and Liam’s charisma is undeniable (it is amazing how tactile people are with him, and how fluidly he engages with them and the world). A couple favorite parts were Noel gleefully and incredulously winning Frustration and Liam dancing in the dressing room.
